We offer project management services and building solutions for all types of new home builds. If you have a set of completed plans and engineering that you would like us to quote on, great!  We can do that for you.

If you have ideas for your new home but don’t know where to start with an architect, not a problem. We can help guide you towards an architect that will be the best fit for your project and can advise  you through the design process.

Anderson Builders run a team of experienced and fully qualified builders and co-ordinate the entire building process to ensure each step is inspected, ticked off and approved along the way. Architects

The first step to any new home build is a great set of plans. Good quality and well detailed plans ensure the building consent process goes smoothly and helps the building team onsite. Not sure who to choose as your architect? We can help guide you in selecting an architect that will be a good fit for you and who will share your vision for your new home build.

Contractors

Anderson Builders have developed strong relationships with our trades. We only use trades that are competitive in both quality of workmanship and timeliness. By using our regular trades, they know what our expectations are and we know what we will get with their service. You can be assured that you have the very best people working on your new home for you.

Paperwork

Anderson Builders offers a flexible, total project management service for your new home build. We co-ordinate all facets of the building process and handle all council inspections, paperwork sigh off, code of compliance inspections and anything else needed during your build. Our goal is to make the building of your new home as stress free as possible so you enjoy the journey and love your new home.

Project Budget

Sticking to a client budget is extremely important to ensure a happy build. But even with a very accurate estimate, we always recommend clients have some sort of contingency budget available for any unforeseen complications that may arise during a build. There are often factors that are unable to be predicted during the estimating state. Common issues are a foundation or groundwork complication, additional site works and weather delays.
